LVHRD Master Disaster III Fashion Duel pictures!
Here's a picture of me and Alison DOMINATING at lvhrd's third annual Master Disaster Fashion Duel last night at Caravan Boutique in Soho. We were asked to create a "dress for a Presidential Ball" entirely out of tin foil, with gaffers tape, hot pink yarn, and a few sewing needles as our tools. We chose not to use the yarn, since it didn't seem appropriate for a gown...this picture was taken about halfway through (don't worry, we covered the tape!). We were competing against Erin Isakov of Erin Snow and her assistant Abby. In the end three judges, one each from Jane magazine, Black Book, and Womens Wear Daily, decided that our dress was the standout winner. Feels so good to win, doesn't it?! weeee!
